This is REALLY bad for Michiganders, and you can thank the crooked ass Michigan State Police and the Kalkaska County Prosecutor.

As you will hear in my published music, I have the talent to be famous, but never wanted to be. I live a simple peaceful life. Now I am infamous in the case called "Evans". This Court of Appeals decision became published case law a month ago and "Evans" has already been cited in a recent illegal seizure case where a man was violated by the police, the man appealed and one of the judges cited "Evans" as a reason the seizure should be allowed.

That makes me truly sad. I am a fighter for the underdog, a fighter for abused kids and animals, a fighter against the seriously corrupt Michigan State Police. We are currently appealing this very dangerous precedent to the Michigan Supreme Court. The published case "Evans" basically opens the floodgates for warrant-less seizures by the police in this state. It declares that it's now OK for the police to decide they don't want to get a warrant, without even attempting to get a warrant, and show up at your residence and seize your personal property and claim exigency. The Kalkaska County prosecutor is super happy with himself over this 3-0 decision he keeps grandstanding. A 3-0 decision that now effects EVERYBODY in this state! You'll have to look the COA decision up and read it for yourselves and also you will be able to read our Michigan Supreme Court briefs which even more clearly describes what is at risk. I genuinely can't believe that my last name is now the case that the police will use to do exactly what I have tried to blow the whistle on. This will effect all 10 million people in this state and your children and your children's children for eternity... UNLESS the Michigan Supreme Court overturns it. Look, I'm sorry. I've tried to blow the whistle and bring attention to how MSP operates. This whole COA decision was based on a court record which moved through the system with cop perjury. Lies and a false narrative which were supported by missing dash cam video that MSP made disappear etc. The next time you see a State Trooper, thank him/her for being part of the Stasi styled police force that just eroded your Constitutional rights further than any case in recent history.
