There are several binding US Supreme Court decisions and Michigan Supreme Court decisions which have been violated by Prosecutor Ryan Ziegler by lying to the 2nd highest Court in the state on VERY material facts.

First off and most importantly he has directly violated the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct (MRPC) rule 3.3 "Candor Toward the Tribunal" which explicitly prohibits lying in any way shape or form and also not correcting it once the dishonesty has become known. It's been known by the prosecutor since mid-2025.

He's also in direct violation of Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct (MRPC) Rule 8.4 "Misconduct". These are VERY serious violations, but also...

In a recent SCOTUS case, Glossip v Oklahoma 2025, SCOTUS ruled against the state based on its violation of Napue v. Illinois (1959), stating "knowing use of false testimony by a prosecutor in a criminal case violates the Due Process Clause"

"The same result obtains when the State, although not soliciting false evidence, allows it to go uncorrected when it appears". Alcorta v. Texas, 355 U. S. 28; United States ex rel. Thompson v. Dye,221 F.2d 763; United States ex rel. Almeida v. Baldi, 195 F.2d 815; United States ex rel. Montgomery v. Ragen.

Brady v. Maryland of course states that suppression of exculpatory evidence or presentation of false or misleading evidence is a constitutional violation.

In Kyles v Whitley, SCOTUS reversed the conviction and death sentence in Petitioner Kyle's case where the state knowingly failed to disclose evidence favorable to the accused before and during trial. Further, the court held that a prosecutor has an affirmative duty to disclose evidence favorable to a defendant pursuant to Brady v. Maryland and United States v. Bagley.

Brady v. Maryland declares that prosecutors must turn over any evidence favorable to the accused. That includes anything in the hands of police departments. This brings me to Kalkaska County Sgt Kevin Schaub's involvement where in September of 2022 I called him for help turning in a man from Quincy, Illinois who was molesting and attempting to traffic his 7yo daughter online, which has shamefully never been disclosed.

Giglio v. United States declares in part that failing to disclose is the case, even if the failure to disclose was a matter of negligence and not intent.

In my complaint to the Michigan Atty General and Attorney Grievance Commission, Ryan Ziegler is dishonest on several of his replies including telling the AGC that the Trooper testified to exactly what was in the videos and that I'm just upset over the seizure and I'm lying myself. He then falsely claims that I was aware that the scam artist was underage all along which the in-cruiser cam and text evidence directly refutes.

Now, regarding KCSO Sgt. Kevin Schaub's knowledge of exculpatory evidence which the prosecutor has been aware of since my 2025 AGC complaint and has said nothing, and Kevin Schaub has been aware of since September of 2022 and has said nothing, he has been ordered to be silent by Kalkaska County Sheriff Pat Whiteford (which takes us back into Brady territory)

Kalkaska County Prosecutor Ryan Ziegler is a very dishonest politician as clearly evidenced by what he has attempted to do in my case which resulted in the brand new Michigan Court of Appeals case which effects all of you!

Surely, this type of totally dishonest and unethical action by a prosecuting attorney is exactly why there are well over 100,000 INNOCENT people locked in a cage in this country, and the State of Michigan surely is responsible for 1/50th of that. (2,000 people). Shameful.

At 00:00 the video starts and you see Trooper Koedy Dole following me into the front door of my pole barn.

At 00:30 you will see that we are in an unfinished/un-insulated porch type area off the side of my main pole barn where Trooper Dole informs me that the scam artist from Grand Rapids was actually 17 and not 20 as she had portrayed herself and as shown in evidence.

At 00:37 you hear him tell me that he has to seize my phone.

At 00:40 you will hear Dole state that he intends to put in his report that the perpetrator of the fraud against me claimed an adult age under false pretenses.

At 00:46 you hear me state that he can't take my phone (with no warrant).

At 0:55 he states that "id much rather do it without getting a search warrant" and other cop nonsense.

At 1:08 you hear me state that I don't understand why he is doing this to me and that I can't believe this is happening.

At 1:12 he asks for my phone AGAIN.

At 1:20 you see me get up from the table and walk toward the door leading to my pole barn and im saying "I feel like i need to have an attorney involved" to which he responds that I can do that but hes going to have to get my phone either way.

At 1:25 you can hear me say that I didnt want him walking into my private areas. To which he responds "im not letting you walk in alone because I have to make sure you don't delete anything off of it".

At 1:33 you see me walk toward the door leading outside, protesting, saying that I didn't understand this etc, and Dole AGAIN demands my phone. I continue to protest in disbelief that my 4th Amendment rights were being violated in such a fashion.

At 1:48 Dole states that hes not saying that I'm in any sort of trouble.

At 2:04 i state that I will give him everything he wants, including the whole text thread the scam artist sent me, but that I don't want people going though my phone and invading my privacy like that. To which he responds that he didn't have a choice, and AGAIN stated that he needed to seize my phone.

At 2:22 i tell him "buddy, i cant do this, i cant do it", to which he replies "if you dont, youre going to be arrested for obstruction tonight, which is a felony".

At 2:35 I walk outside, Dole is still sating inside my pole barn. He asks me 3 times where my phone is, to which I eventually respond while in obvious distress that "its inside". Dole then says "lets go get it". I ask what specifically he is looking for, and he responds that hes looking for the naked photos she sent me.

Pay careful attention to the following:

...but oops, at no point did I mention that there was anyone's "pussy" on my phone as stated by the prosecutor in his lying brief to the Court of Appeals, prior to Trooper Dole attempting to seize my phone several times and eventually threatening me with arrest if I didn't let him seize my phone with no warrant. This rogue cops dirty deed had already been done.
